This document contains sample statements that you can use when you talk to people about Qigong.  Like stated in the book “Qigong ~ Mastering Your Own Practice Group”, just think of yourself on an elevator and you are asked about Qigong, you have 30 seconds to reply.  What are you going to tell them?  These samples are not in the book.  These are extras.
