Description

This is a testimonial form you hand out to your students. On the front it has questions for your students about their experience with you or Qigong. On the back of the form is directions on “How to Write a Testimonial That Will Stand Out”. The directions show your students on how to write phenomenal testimonials which later can be used on your website or literature. Here is an example from the form (backside):

(1) Start with an introduction of yourself and why you have an interest in Qigong. Example: “I am a stay at home father and was experiencing some pain in my left side. This was due to a car accident I had. A friend of mine shared their experience with me about Qigong.”
